In 2007 I was accepted into the Squeaky Wheel Local Artist Residency and given a stipend to create a multimedia piece that would be featured in a small group showcase that next spring. I quickly got to work and continued my post-college interest in Circuit Bending, lo-fidelity, and audio-reactive video. For this project I made a circuit bent keyboard (which I used extensively on the soundtrack) and paired it with an All-In-1 video game controller that I circuit bent to produce sound reactive 8-bit video glitches. The two devices were featured in the resulting film and as part of an art installation on display during the Local Artist Residency showcase.
